Job Description – Teller

Location: 120 E Ohio, Rockville, Riddell National Bank

Position Summary:
As a Teller at Riddell National Bank, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will process routine financial transactions accurately and efficiently, while delivering excellent service and building trust with customers and coworkers.
Responsibilities:

• Perform cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
• Balance cash drawer daily with a high level of accuracy
• Assist customers with account inquiries and basic banking needs
• Identify opportunities to refer customers to other bank services
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information
• Support branch operations and contribute to team success
• Other duties as assigned by Executive Management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills with ability to clearly interact with customers and coworkers
• Dependability and attention to detail are essential
• Cash-handling experience a plus, but not required
• Customer service experience preferred
