Job Description – Branch Manager

Location: 120 E Ohio, Rockville, Riddell National Bank

Position Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the branch team, managing daily operations, and driving branch performance. This position requires leadership, customer relationship management, and a strong commitment to Riddell National Bank’s values and culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve goals
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Manage branch operations, including cash controls and audits
  • Build and maintain strong customer and community relationships
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and growth
  • Handle complex customer issues with professionalism and care
  • Report branch performance and initiatives to senior management
  • Other duties as assigned by Executive Management
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or banking coursework preferred
  • Prior branch management or significant banking experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with customers and staff
  • Dependability and accountability in leading a team
  • Cash-handling experience required
  • Prior lending experience preferred
